30-Day Return Policy

At Covr-ing, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in creating high-quality, naturally crafted products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

•  The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
•  The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handeling
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

To begin a return, please email us at covring.sales@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number and reason for the return.  We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
